Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager Program Management Americas to drive workforce agility across Program Management in the Americas. You will establish proactive 12-week forecasts, manage a team of Resource Planners, and partner with Service Directors to optimize talent deployment.

Lead data-driven forecasting, capacity planning, recruitment alignment, and performance reporting while balancing regional needs and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles in the Americas.
• Strong collaboration with Service Directors, leaders and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to interpret workforce data and risks.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment considerations.
• Leadership experience overseeing resource planners and driving forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize agility of talent across accounts and optimize resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs planned and drive data quality improvements.
• Escalate risks to leadership and Directors as relevant.
• Maintain accurate workforce planning data and capacity reporting.
• Drive deployment opportunities to Global Excellence Centre.
• Optimize resource mix to achieve client outcomes.
• Lead change initiatives to embed new workforce planning processes.
