Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager for the Americas to drive workforce agility, establish proactive 12-week forecasts, and optimize resource deployment across Program Management. You will manage a team of Resource Planners, collaborate with Service Directors and Talent Acquisition, and deliver proactive insights to leaders.

This role focuses on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting in the Americas.
• Strong data-driven analytics with forecast vs actual hours.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Regional Service Directors and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Leadership experience of resource planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data driven resource forecasts to enable proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and inform TA partner(s).
• Maximize deployment opportunities and optimize resource mix across GEC, Local, Global and Contingent.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs planned and drive data quality improvements.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership and Industry WFP Directors as relevant.
• Maintain accurate workforce planning data for Program Management and capacity reporting.
• Lead and develop the Resource Planning team and act as primary regional contact.
