Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager for Program Management Americas to drive workforce agility, establish proactive 12‑week forecasts, and maximize productivity. You will lead a team of Resource Planners and partner with Service Directors and TA to meet demand with optimal staffing.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles in the Americas.
• Ability to translate forecasts and demand into actionable planning insights.
• Strong data interpretation and proactive intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management across Americas.
• Establish data driven resource forecasts for proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize talent agility and optimize named resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs planned, and drive productivity improvements.
• Escalate risks to leadership and provide contingency staffing plans.
• Maintain accurate planning data including tags and capacity reporting.
• Lead deployment opportunities to the Global Excellence Centre.
• Balance resource mix (GEC, Local, Global, Contingent) for outcomes.
• Lead change management and adoption of planning processes.
• Oversee training for managers on tools, systems, and processes.
