Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager Program Management Americas to drive workforce agility across the Americas, establishing proactive 12-week forecasts and maximizing productivity. You will manage a team of Resource Planners and provide proactive insights to Service leaders.

You will own the 12-week forecast, drive data-driven resource plans, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to optimize deployment across GEC, Local, and Global contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles in Americas.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate forecasts into actionable insight.
• Analytical with capability to interpret workforce data and risks.
• Leadership experience managing resource planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management across Americas.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decisions.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Lead and develop a team of Resource Planners.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs plan and improve data quality.
• Escalate risks and inform leadership on contingencies.
• Drive workforce planning data accuracy and deployment decisions.
