Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager Program Management Americas to drive workforce agility across Program Management in the Americas, establishing proactive 12-week forecasts and ensuring demand is managed. The role will manage a team of Resource Planners and work with Service Directors and TA partners to optimise deployment and utilization.

You will deliver data-driven insights, escalate risks, and implement staffing plans to support growth, efficiency, and client outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles in professional services/AME region.
• Ability to translate forecasts into actionable insight for Service Directors and TA partners.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership of resource planners or similar teams.
• Understanding of utilization, billability, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management in Americas.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decisions.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximise talent agility across accounts and sectors.
• Monitor weekly billable vs planned time and drive performance improvements.
• Lead and develop the Resource Planning team and align with regional leaders.
