Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading sustainable design and consultancy firm, seeks a Senior Workforce Planning Manager for the Americas. You will own the 12-week forecast for Program Management, drive proactive data-driven staffing decisions, and partner with Talent Acquisition to meet demand across multiple accounts and sectors.

You will manage a team of Resource Planners, collaborate with Service Directors, and optimize deployment across Global Excellence Centre to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the AEC or related professional services industry in the Americas.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate regional Service forecasts into actionable insight.
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong capability in interpreting workforce data and driving proactive interventions.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data driven resource forecasts to enable proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and inform TA partner(s).
• Maximize deployment opportunities to the Global Excellence Centre.
• Monitor and report on weekly billable and productive time vs planned and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop direct reports within the Resource Planning team.
