Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager for Program Management Americas. You will lead the 12-week forecast, develop data-driven resource plans, and provide recruitment guidance to Service Directors.

You will manage a team of Resource Planners and optimize resource mix across Global/local/contingent pools to meet client needs. You will partner with Service Directors and Talent Acquisition to align forecasts with demand, drive productivity, and ensure data quality across the

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the Americas.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to translate forecasts into actionable insights.
• Strong analytics: forecast vs actual, productivity metrics, demand variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast for Program Management, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts to enable proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and inform TA partners.
• Maximize talent agility across accounts and sectors, optimizing named resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable and productive time vs planned; drive performance improvements.
