Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Director of Workforce Planning and Management to design solutions, analytics, and reporting aligning with our mission and long-term workforce strategy. You will lead capacity planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to forecast talent needs and optimize organizational design.

The role requires 5+ years in HR/workforce planning, with 3–5 years in management, and a strong background in analytics, Lean or Six Sigma, and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master’s Degree, MBA, or MHA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience includes resource planning, workforce analytics, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise workforce planning strategies and programs.
  • Develop multi-year workforce strategy using demand forecasting.
  • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain workforce modeling tools and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps in workforce needs.
  • Oversee organizational design, labor standardization, and cost reporting.
