Dallas College seeks a strategic leader as Senior Director, HR People Analytics and Workforce Planning. You will advance analytics, forecasting, and workforce intelligence to inform talent, compensation, and organizational decisions.

Work with HR, Finance, IT, Institutional Research, and executives to ensure data integrity, governance, and ethical analytics while driving budget-aligned workforce strategies across a large Texas community college system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (see above).
• Five+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related field.
• Two+ years of leadership experience managing analytics professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people analytics, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence strategies.
• Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Develop workforce forecasts, scenario models, and talent intelligence strategies.
• Lead HR analytics product roadmap including Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
