Job summary

Southern Company Services is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst to serve as the regional analytics lead, interpreting workforce trends and risks. You will co-author enterprise summaries, identify signals, and collaborate with HR partners to create actionable insights.

You will work with Reporting & Analytics to refine dashboards, ensure data governance, and translate complex workforce issues into practical business recommendations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics, business, HR or related field.
• At least 5+ years in people analytics, FP&A analytics, or related roles with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to transform data into executive-ready insights and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as workforce analytics partner for a region with insights on trends and risks.
• Co-own enterprise summaries, key themes, and FAQs with HR and Strategy teams.
• Identify workforce signals and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Support dashboard development with HR and analytics teams.
