Dallas College is seeking a strategic Senior Director, HR People Analytics and Workforce Planning to lead enterprise-wide analytics and workforce intelligence initiatives, translating HR and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, Institutional Research, and college leadership to drive forecasting, headcount planning, and data governance while upholding responsible AI practices and data integrity in a complex organization.

• Translate complex workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Develop workforce forecasts, scenario planning models, and talent intelligence strategies.
• Partner with leaders across the institution to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Advance data governance, reporting standards, and responsible AI practices within Human Resources.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team while driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
