Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a scheduling-focused professional to analyze staffing needs and develop efficient weekly schedules across departments. You will forecast demand, post schedules, and collaborate with HR and payroll to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The role requires 1–2 years in scheduling, solid Excel/Office skills, and a strong customer service mindset. You will work onsite in a casino resort environment, supporting 24/7 operations and varying shifts.

Qualifications

1-2 years scheduling experience.
Knowledge of operations and staffing requirements.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
