• Advanced Excel, reporting, and workforce analytics required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling tools and processes, optimizing workforce management operations.
• Maximize system functionality to align with budgets, goals, and census-driven demand.
• Analyze staffing, overtime, and agency utilization to improve productivity and cost control.
• Develop labor forecasts and staffing recommendations based on historical trends and demand.
• Provide education to leaders on scheduling best practices and workforce optimization.
• Create dashboards and reports for workforce metrics and analytics.
• Lead system testing, upgrades, and deployment of new functionality.
• Develop and maintain workforce management policies and training materials.
• Ensure scheduling compliance with policies, labor agreements, and regulations.
