Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno‑Functional Expert to design and deliver enterprise‑grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end‑to‑end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors.

Qualifications
- 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
- 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
- 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
- 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to translate demand drivers into actionable requirements.
- Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable plans.
- Drive end‑to‑end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
