Job summary

Devoted Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Workforce Management in Massachusetts to lead staffing, capacity planning, and real-time operational decisions.

You’ll build scalable processes and partner with operations, finance, and product to ensure service quality and budget targets. You will own scheduling, intraday performance, and capacity health, develop SOPs, and drive data-driven improvements.

• Operational Experience: 3+ years in workforce management, operations, or related analytical role.

• Healthcare Experience: Prior health care exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and capacity for teams; align staff to demand and budget targets.
• Oversee daily capacity health and respond quickly when plans deviate.
• Drive real-time operations; monitor SLA, AHT, shrinkage, and target attainment.
• Maintain accurate schedules; manage time-off, non-clinical time, and PTO approvals.
• Lead capacity planning; inform hiring, backfill, and budget decisions.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks; improve tools and workflows.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Training, and clinical leadership.
• Serve as go-to leader for workforce management questions.
