Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Workforce Management to build and optimize workforce planning within the Member Experience Operations team. You will design scheduling models, capacity plans, and governance to ensure coverage aligns with demand and service levels.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytics who can lead cross-functional initiatives, implement WFM systems, and drive real-time decisions while maintaining a people-first culture.

• 5+ years driving and leading high-impact operational initiatives and scaling complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Build WFM from the ground up: design scheduling models, capacity plans, staffing ratios; establish SOPs and governance.
• Translate strategy into workflows; adjust staffing coverage and shift structures.
• Own forecasting and capacity planning using historical data and KPIs like utilization and forecast accuracy.
• Be data driven: develop dashboards using Looker/SQL and present recommendations to leadership.
• Drive real-time operations: monitor intraday performance and meet service targets.
• Own SLA and performance outcomes, ensuring high levels of on-time appointments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and clinical leadership.
• Continuously improve systems through frontline feedback and performance data.
