Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Project Management focused on Workforce Strategy (Labor Advisor) to partner with engineering leaders and Chiefs of Staff. You will advise on staffing mix to enable AI-driven, efficient teams while aligning with business goals, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple teams within Bank Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 5+ years in project, process, or program management.
• 2+ years working with senior stakeholders across functions.
• 2+ years writing communications/presentations for leadership.
