Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to lead a team of analysts shaping talent strategy in the AI era. You will develop, test, and scale strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent, partnering with HR and senior leaders to translate insights into action.

You will drive analyses and tools for an AI-enabled workforce, forecast attrition, and test retention and development strategies while guiding enterprise initiatives and leading through influence and data

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analyses and tools to build an AI-ready workforce.
• Build models to forecast attrition and test retention strategies.
• Analyze how AI reshapes roles and test hiring, retention, and development strategies.
• Design ways to measure associate potential.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with lines of business to drive AI workforce strategy.
