Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years in project/process/program management.
• At least 2 years engaging senior stakeholders.
• At least 2 years writing leadership communications and presentations.
• MBA preferred; change management and strategy experience valued.
• Experience with budgeting and labor strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery.
• Use analytical skills to align execution with business intent.
• Communicate clearly across diverse teams and leadership levels.
