Job summary

Texas811 is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding, and employee development. You will oversee training programs, intraday management, and continuous learning to ensure readiness and reliable service delivery.

Collaborating with Operations, Quality, HR, and Technology, you will optimize performance metrics, strengthen capabilities, and drive ongoing improvement while maintaining a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in a contact center, customer service, operations, or related environment.
• Experience leading training, workforce management, or operational support functions.
• Experience developing reports, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management.
• Leads onboarding, training program design, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Partners with Operations, Quality, HR, Technology, and Leadership & Development.
• Develops staffing plans balancing service levels and organizational efficiency.
