Qualifications

• Five years of full-time experience in development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures.
• Experience in administrative management or supervisory capacity (≥1 year 6 months).
• Public or private sector experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of data analysis and SQL, and data visualization tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical subject matter experts in design and optimization of critical systems.
• Provide help-desk support coordinating with IT division and vendors.
• Lead data analytics initiatives using SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
