Job summary

The Mission Learning Consultant position at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago delivers workforce development learning content across diverse environments. You will work with program managers to assess needs, develop curricula, and implement continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include facilitating training, creating varied learning experiences (including virtual delivery), and coordinating logistics for sessions.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Services, Learning & Development, or adult learning.
• Understanding of learning theory and training principles, tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver training and educational programs that engage learners and meet objectives.
• Create diverse learning experiences through virtual environments and emerging trends.
• Partner with Mission leaders to evaluate needs and customize learning solutions.
• Update programs using new delivery methods while maintaining quality.
