Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Lead Case Manager to guide Workforce Case Managers and to oversee the GWGL Youth Program, coordinating with parents, schools, and internal teams.

You will implement program processes, support daily workflows, lead staff training, and help address confidential matters while collaborating across departments to deliver employment support and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Educational background in vocational rehabilitation to develop development plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant information systems.
• Prior experience with persons with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GWGL Youth Program, communicating with parents and local schools.
• Coordinate schedules and documentation; provide case management support for an assigned pool.
• Support daily workflow for the Manager Workforce Development and assist with program coordination.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure case management and training support.
