Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content for in-person, virtual, and eLearning delivery.
• Identify measurable outcomes for program success and analyze results.
• Drive learning program design for leader and team member enablement.
• Plan and conduct train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan training deployments and timelines.
