Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks a Workforce Development Program Manager to lead apprenticeships, accelerators, and related programs on-site in Phoenix. You will coordinate with government officials and internal stakeholders to align strategic objectives, manage budgets, and drive program success across multiple initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. On-site duties and travel as needed are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
• 10+ years project and program management experience related to recruitment, training, or human resources
• Proven records in leading and supervising teams.
• Proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Self-starter and takes ownership on projects and tasks to see them through completion.
• Must possess basic project management skills and be well-organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce development programs, including apprenticeships, intensives, and accelerators.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and program integration for participants.
• Monitor budgets and resources with key stakeholders to stay compliant.
• Generate and present workforce development impact reports on time.
