Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in workforce reporting and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Attention to data accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage HRBP project roadmap with prioritization and resources.
• Define scopes, timelines, milestones for HR initiatives.
• Develop training and guidance for execution standards.
• Monitor and report project delivery status.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and enterprise partners.
• Develop workforce dashboards and analytics reports.
