Job summary

SME is seeking a Program Manager – Workforce Development Programs to build and manage client relationships, lead cross‑functional teams, and design strategies for workforce development initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, advising clients on resources, best practices, and service expansions, while coordinating with internal teams to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 7 years of client management and/or program experience in education or workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of a team designing programs and proposing solutions for pre/post sales.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive program adoption and expansion.
• Lead complex projects with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Create evaluation techniques and metrics to assess program outcomes.
• Negotiate and set objectives to achieve program quotas and viability.
• Conduct program performance evaluations using agreed KPIs.
