Job summary

TSMC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Workforce Development Program Manager to lead apprenticeship, intensives, and accelerators. You will coordinate programs with partners and government bodies, manage onboarding and ongoing participant needs, and drive impact reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a related field with 10+ years in program management, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. On-site role with startup-like adaptability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years project and program management experience related to recruitment, training, or HR.
• Proven record of leading and supervising teams.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to deliver critical tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of workforce development programs.
• Collaborate with external partners, government officials, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop program resources, training guides, and SOPs.
• Track KPIs and report program impact to stakeholders.
• Represent TSMC's workforce development programs at events and outreach activities.
