Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as listed.
- At least 3 years of software or automation engineering work experience with 2+ years in systems integration or automation deployment within high-tech manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, pilot, and integrate digital solutions, automated systems, and robotics to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate bottlenecks into technical requirements and draft RFPs/specifications for vendors.
- Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, and Safety (EHS) to ensure compliance and change management reviews.
- Design automated workflows, script data integration pipelines, and support real-time data visualization.
- Create simple guidelines to ensure smooth adoption of new systems by on-site teams.
