TSMC Arizona is seeking a Digital Integration & Automation Senior Engineer (Technical PM) to lead smart factory implementations, automation workflows, and robotics in a 24/7 manufacturing environment in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires strong reliability, integrity, and customer trust as core values and close collaboration with manufacturing teams.
The candidate will deploy digital solutions, translate bottlenecks into technical specs, and ensure compliance with IT, Cybersecurity, and EHS.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in software or automation engineering with 2+ years in systems integration or automation deployment.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, pilot, and integrate digital solutions, automated systems, and robotics to boost efficiency.
- Translate bottlenecks into technical requirements and draft vendor specifications.
- Partner with IT, Cybersecurity and Safety to pass compliance and change reviews.
- Design automated workflows and data integration pipelines.
- Create simple guidelines for smooth adoption by on-site teams.
