Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or workforce strategy development.
• Experience with metrics-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience communicating clearly with leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and activate RME's EVP across leaders and employees.
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials to showcase culture and opportunities.
• Develop and manage social media campaigns to reach professional demographics.
• Conduct training to enable leaders to communicate EVP during interviews and meetings.
• Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies.
