Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Developer III, Strategic Workforce Development, to shape talent strategies for a global RME network. You will partner with RME leaders, HR, Operations, and Finance to create people strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME FT Exempt experience
• 5+ years of program management, workforce strategy development, metrics-driven decision making, or related field
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology

Responsibilities

• Define and activate RME's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across leaders and employees and external campaigns
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials highlighting RME culture, benefits, and career growth
• Develop and manage targeted social media campaigns to reach key professional demographics
• Conduct training sessions and provide resources to equip leaders with EVP interview communication tools
• Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies using data and trends
