Job summary

Amazon's Reliability & Engineering Maintenance (RME) team is seeking a Business Developer III, Strategic Workforce Development to connect data-driven insights with human-centered talent strategies across a global network. You will shape EVP, develop recruiting collateral, and lead strategic social campaigns with leaders, HR, and Finance to drive real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, metrics-driven decision making, or related field.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and activate the EVP for RME, leading internal launches to leaders and employees and external campaigns to candidates.
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials highlighting culture, benefits, and career growth.
• Develop and manage targeted social media campaigns to reach key professional demographics.
• Conduct trainings and provide resources to leaders for effective EVP communication during interviews and meetings.
• Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies using data and trends.
