Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Developer III, Strategic Workforce Development to shape how 33,000+ RME Amazonians are recruited, developed, and retained. You will partner with RME leaders, HR, Operations, and Finance to co-create people strategies and build executive-level analytics tools.

You will drive data-informed talent initiatives across a global RME network, aligning workforce programs with business outcomes and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-year initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and activate RME's EVP messaging for leaders and employees and support external campaigns.
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials highlighting culture, benefits, and growth.
• Develop targeted social media campaigns to reach key professional demographics.
