Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Developer III, Strategic Workforce Development to shape talent identification, development, and retention across a global RME network. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, Operations, and Finance to co-create people strategies driving measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes building executive analytics frameworks and decision-support tools to empower leaders with confident insights, in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME full-time exempt experience.
• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and activate the EVP for RME, leading internal launches and external campaigns.
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials showcasing RME culture and growth.
• Develop and manage targeted social media campaigns to reach key demographics.
• Create training resources to help leaders communicate EVP during interviews and meetings.
• Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies with data.
