Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Developer III in Strategic Workforce Development to shape hiring, development, and retention across a global RME network. You will collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and Finance to craft people strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and build executive analytics frameworks for decision support.

You will create EVP messaging, lead recruiting campaigns, and enable leaders with talking points and tools to improve interviewing and candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, metrics-driven decision making, or related field.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and activate RME's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across leaders and employees and external campaigns.
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials highlighting culture, benefits, and career growth.
• Develop targeted social media campaigns to reach key professional demographics.
• Conduct training sessions and provide resources to leaders for EVP messaging during interviews and interactions.
• Establish KPIs, use analytics tools to measure recruitment effectiveness, and refine strategies.
