Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Workforce Acceleration Manager to improve how work is organized, roles are designed, and workforce decisions are made across Talent and business teams. You will build practical frameworks and drive execution from planning to implementation.

The ideal candidate blends organization design, governance, and project management, turning complex problems into actionable tools and enabling leaders to move priorities forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in organization design, workforce planning, workforce strategy, talent management, consulting, project execution, or related work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience working across teams and helping stakeholders move work forward.
Master's degree in I-O Psychology or related field (preferred).
Experience supporting organization design, workforce planning, governance, or complex workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Understand organization and workforce challenges with HR partners and business leaders.
Lead or support projects on organization design, workforce planning, position management, and governance.
Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices for consistent role and workforce decisions.
Create project plans, recommendations, and materials to move work from planning to execution.
Support job design, career paths, skills mapping, and team structuring.
Review data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Design governance to clarify decision rights and handoffs.
Track decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies across teams.
