Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, organizational development, analytics, or related field.
Experience in HR, workforce planning, analytics, consulting, or project coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Support workforce planning, organization design, and role clarity projects through research and coordination.
Gather and review workforce and organization data to support decisions.
Create reports, presentations, summaries, and other findings.
Prepare for meetings, workshops, and capture next steps.
Assist with workforce planning, position management, organization design, and skills work.
Track tasks, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups to keep work moving.
Coordinate with technology enablement partners to submit requests and monitor progress.
