Job summary

RSM is seeking a Workforce Acceleration Manager to shape organization design and workforce planning across functions, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders in Minneapolis.

You will develop practical frameworks and tools that translate concepts into actionable plans, governance structures, and scalable processes to move workforce priorities from idea to execution, delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
• Experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a matrixed organization.
• Experience working across teams to move work forward.

Responsibilities

• Understand organization and workforce challenges with HR and business leaders.
• Lead or support organization design, workforce planning, and governance projects.
• Develop frameworks and tools for consistent role, team, and workforce decisions.
• Create project plans, presentations, and implementation materials.
• Support job design, career path, and role structure initiatives.
• Review data to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design governance to clarify decision rights and handoffs.
• Track decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies across teams.
