The role partners with faculty, employers, and project teams to align credentials with workforce needs, coordinate pathway maps, and support credential approval and outcomes tracking. A key contributor to student recruitment and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Regular attendance.
• Experience collaborating or communicating with others.
• Experience managing agreements, recruiting, or engaging others.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of workforce credentials and pathways.
• Coordinate faculty workgroups and develop pathway maps.
• Support credential approvals and monitor outcomes.
