Job summary

The role oversees the Workforce Pathways Center, guides credential development, data reporting, and employer engagement, and chairs several advisory bodies. Requires a master’s degree and 5+ years in progressive management with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required
• At least 5 years of progressive management experience in Academic Affairs/Enrollment Management or related
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma driver's license
• Must maintain regular attendance
• Autonomous with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Regional Workforce Pathways Center
• Supervise project personnel
• Coordinate workforce credential development and readiness activities
• Lead employer engagement initiatives
• Chair the Regional Workforce Advisory Board
• Facilitate collaboration among NSU, TCC and EOSC
• Coordinate annual workforce symposiums
• Oversee workforce data collection and reporting
• Support sustainability planning
• Align activities with institutional goals for enrollment and workforce outcomes
• Chair the NSU Workforce Development Committee
