Northeastern State University seeks a Postsecondary Pathways Coordinator for the Tahlequah region to support concurrent enrollment expansion, workforce pathways participation, and postsecondary enrollment efforts across the Cherokee Nation service area and surrounding rural communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the occupational area.
• Some skill or work experience in a related area.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license in Oklahoma.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partner school districts, counselors, students and families to increase awareness of workforce credential opportunities.
• Support pathway advising.
• Facilitate career exploration activities.
• Connect students to workforce-related educational opportunities.
• Strengthen student transitions from high school to postsecondary education.
• Increase participation in workforce pathways aligned with regional workforce needs.
