Job summary

Audible is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategist & HRBP, a hybrid role focused on workforce planning, modeling, and strategic HR partnership. You’ll translate business plans into talent decisions and partner with leaders to optimize size, structure, location, and capability.

You’ll drive org design, change management, and leadership coaching while shaping AI-related workforce strategies in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in large teams or cross-functional, multi-site initiatives.
• Experience with workforce planning and analytics.
• 7+ years in HR or workforce planning, incl. headcount modeling and scenario planning.
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical talent populations.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning, headcount modeling, and scenario planning.
• Develop 1- and 3-year workforce plans in collaboration with HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Drive location strategy decisions and distributed team design.
• Deliver data-informed recommendations to accelerate innovation and cost efficiency.
• Design org structures with spans, layers, and cost modeling.
• Develop AI talent strategies and forecast AI skill needs.
• Conduct organizational assessments and present to C-Suite.
• Define metrics to measure workforce trends and inform strategy.
• Mentor leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Lead org design and change management with empathy and rigor.
