Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrated planning systems with AI-driven recommendations.
• Create intuitive interfaces for business leaders to use complex planning tools.
• Partner with Finance and business teams for real-time workforce modeling.
• Launch new features and customer experiences with KPI tracking.
• Drive project execution from concept to closure with stakeholder updates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
