Job summary

C² Technologies seeks an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead) to support strategic workforce planning, people analytics, and organizational assessment for a federal human capital organization.

The lead will model workforce needs, analyze competency gaps, and produce executive-level insights. Collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders is essential for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial-organizational psychology or equivalent workforce analytics.
• Experience supporting strategic workforce planning or organizational analytics initiatives.
• Experience conducting competency assessments and workforce gap analyses.
• Experience developing workforce models, reports, and data visualizations.
• Strong experience facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
• Federal or DoD human capital experience preferred.
• Experience with employee survey design and analysis preferred.
• Experience building dashboards or workforce analytics products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning efforts and develop annual planning documentation.
• Plan and facilitate leadership engagement sessions.
• Facilitate meetings with senior organizational leaders and chiefs of staff.
• Conduct competency assessments and workforce gap analyses.
• Develop workforce analytics reports and data visualizations.
• Support analysis of employee surveys (FEVS, exit, new hire).
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Develop executive briefings and analytical products for senior stakeholders.
• Support workforce modeling and organizational assessment activities.
• Communicate trends, gaps, and recommendations to leadership.
