Job summary

C² Technologies seeks an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics SME) to provide advanced analytical and subject matter expertise in workforce planning, human capital analytics, and organizational assessment.

This role supports enterprise workforce transformation initiatives through strategic workforce analysis, competency assessments, workforce reporting, employee survey analysis, benchmarking, and executive-level decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in I-O Psychology preferred.
• Experience with workforce analysis and reporting.
• Federal HR or DoD experience preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic workforce planning analyses.
• Assess workforce competency gaps.
• Create reports and visualizations.
• Analyze employee surveys and benchmarking.
• Support executive decision briefs.
• Benchmark across DoD IC and other agencies.
• Identify workforce trends and risks.
