Kaizen Approach, Inc. seeks an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Consultant to support strategic workforce planning for a federal customer.

You will partner with the Human Development Advanced Capabilities Office to shape workforce plans that meet future mission needs, assess competencies, identify gaps, and craft implementation strategies with data-driven recommendations. You will contribute to Human Capital Strategic Planning, CONOPS, communications strategies, and implementation plans while

Qualifications

Experience developing strategic workforce plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Ability to assess workforce readiness and identify competency gaps to drive recommendations.
Experience creating implementation plans, CONOPS, and communications for workforce initiatives.
Strong collaboration with HR professionals and government leadership on modernization efforts.
Basic understanding of AI applications in workplace environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with federal objectives.
Evaluate workforce competencies and identify gaps for action.
Develop implementation strategies, CONOPS, and communications for initiatives.
Provide data-driven recommendations to senior government leadership.
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders on modernization efforts.
Communicate findings clearly and support organizational development activities.
