This role provides programmatic guidance and support to management and stakeholders while supporting human capital initiatives and workforce analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in I/O Psychology with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience designing and validating personnel assessment tools.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct program evaluations and report results to senior leadership.
• Apply psychometric methodologies to HR data analysis.
• Develop and validate personnel assessment tools for selection and promotion.
• Provide project management support and monitor timelines.
• Prepare technical and non-technical reports and briefings.
