Global Skills X-Change (GSX) is seeking an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to serve as the Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead for a DoD client in Quantico, VA. You will provide consulting on workforce planning, analytics, and organizational development to improve mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience leading strategic workforce planning and human capital initiatives.
• DoD or Federal government experience preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and analytics for a DoD client.
• Develop evidence-based human capital solutions and organizational development plans.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefings.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage multiple projects with focus on quality and timely delivery.
