Job summary

Rvohealth seeks a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning Analyst to optimize workforce understanding and planning. This hybrid role requires working in our South Charlotte office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

The ideal candidate will leverage HR and business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, supporting strategic workforce decisions. Required are 3–5+ years in workforce management and strong skills in SQL and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, People Analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and dashboard creation.
• Proven ability to build staffing models and analytical frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design staffing models to support decision making.
• Perform advanced workforce analytics to identify trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports for workforce insights.
